What would happen if you took just 5 minutes a day to have an all-out silly dance party alone in your room? 

You don’t have to learn a cool TikTok dance or be formally trained. Just turn on some music and play. Let the world slip away for a brief moment and get lost in the beat.

Dance truly has the power to help us reduce stress, silence loneliness, embrace joy, and overall enhance our well-being. So why do we save it for weddings and wild nights out?!

What would be possible if we started dancing more? 

Our Motivated Movers Community 15-Day Silly Dance Party Challenge is a mini-movement experiment. Each day you’ll carve out 5 minutes to turn on a song and just dance.

We know getting started can feel daunting. Our challenge is guided by a single invitation each day, designed to help you explore various ways of moving and grooving. Adding a little structure to the open-ended exploration can really help if you are hesitant to dance or are unsure of what to do when the music begins.

Now all you have to do is take a leap of faith and show up for yourself 5 minutes a day. (And it’s totally ok if you miss a day!)
